Doctor Strange

Acum cateva zile am fost la cinema sa vad si eu Doctor Strange, la 'promovarea' facuta de unii prieteni. Mi s-a parut genul de film pe care-l urmaresti cu sete si interes, iti place, dar dupa ce iesi din sala de cinema tinzi sa-l uiti.
Este un film placut de urmarit, cu efecte vizuale interesante pe care le-am corelat instant cu iMapp'ul de pe Casa Poporului si m-am gandit ca puteau sa vina si ei sa concureze cu lejeritate. De asemenea replicile sunt bune, iar Benedict Cumberbatch face un rol foarte bun si este un actor care se face placut foarte usor pe ecrane, dar si in viata reala (vezi Kimmel, Graham Norton).
Avand in vedere ca Marvel a inceput sa scoata astfel de filme, cred ca e indreptatita comparatia lui Doctor Strange cu Deadpool. Personal, mi-a placut mult mai mult Doctor Strange, de la actiune si pana la dialoguri si glume.

Marvel's "Doctor Strange" follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City's Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilising a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Well, un film al scolii englezesti. Un film plictisitor ca ploaia din Regatul Britanic. Varianta mai batrana de spion, diferita de James Bond cu mai putina actiune si mai multa gandire a actiunii care, dupa cum spuneam, lipseste.
Constructia lui e stufoasa si destul de alambicata, avand impresia la un moment dat ca nici actorii nu mai stiu ce se intampla acolo. Distributia este generoasa, cu Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy sau un Benedict Cumberbatch cu o freza foarte interesanta :))). Toti cu interpretari lente sau parca plictisite, fie asta le-a fost indicat sa joace, fie chiar s-au dedicat in plictiseala colectiva.
Finalul nu iese cu nimic in evidenta, doar o incheiere in acelasi ritm.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

In the early 1970s during the Cold War, the head of British Intelligence, Control, resigns after an operation in Budapest, Hungary goes badly wrong. It transpires that Control believed one of four senior figures in the service was in fact a Russian agent - a mole - and the Hungary operation was an attempt to identify which of them it was. Smiley had been forced into retirement by the departure of Control, but is asked by a senior government figure to investigate a story told to him by a rogue agent, Ricky Tarr, that there was a mole. Smiley considers that the failure of the Hungary operation and the continuing success of Operation Witchcraft (an apparent source of significant Soviet intelligence) confirms this, and takes up the task of finding him.
